What You’ll Need
- Epson EcoTank 2850 printer
- #10 business envelope
- Microsoft Word
- Recipient + return address
Step 1: Prepare the Printer
Before adjusting any settings:
- Remove all regular paper from the tray
- Move the paper guide:
- Back and to the left
- Center it for the envelope
This ensures the envelope feeds correctly without jamming.
Step 2: Set Envelope Size on the Printer
On the printer screen:
- Press right arrow → Printer Setup → OK
- Go to:
- Paper Source Settings → OK
- Paper Settings → OK
- Paper Size → OK
- Scroll and select:
- #10 Envelope → OK
💡 Tip: If you get lost, press the Home button to reset.

- Seal side facing back
- Aligned to the left guide
